Chijioke Chuku, a Lawyer and a Notary Public also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from Abia State University. His Law degree is from one of the oldest universities in Nigeria, the University of Calabar, Cross River State. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law and Development from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.

Chijioke, a Governance Professional has had varied work experience and is currently the Head of Legal and Legal Adviser of the Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF).

Chijioke Chuku is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Nigeria.

Chijioke is the Founder and President of Ogwuanyim Foundation.
